The villa is built on almost 3000 sqm so the Gardens are generous and have been beautifully planted by a top professional and are maintained on organic principles. Beyond the courtyard and pool, a series of voluptuous ponds echoing the neighboring rice fields and planted with lotus and water lilies cascades down to the orchard, and pretty paths wind between them. The orchard is planted with, among other fruits: avocados, pineapples, mangoes, papayas, bananas, jack fruit, durian, nutmeg, lemons and limes. There is also a herb garden for keen cooks. The infinity Swimming Pool is 12m x 4m. plus a side sitting area. For relaxing there are garden reclining chairs and big sunshades as well as the pretty balé. There is a built-in barbeque adjacent to the balé for al fresco cooking and dining.

The Basement is reached by steps from the courtyard and is a very large room with table tennis table, and space to store extra furniture, suitcases etc..

Staff Accommodation is situated under the front garden, cleverly cooled by its grass roof. It has its own entrance from the front courtyard car parking area.
