The compound consists of 6,800 sqm of land within a gated estate where at the top of the driveway you will find multi car parking and the staircase to our villa deck for a front entrance, and there is also a ramp entrance to the back of the property for wheel chair access and supplies if required.

The villa is private within the property and consists of 3 beautifully designed and styled bedrooms each complete with en-suites and ocean views.

Bedroom 1: is part of the main building and has a 4 posted bed that faces to the ocean view along with a writing desk that looks to the south out the window for inspiration. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub for relaxing evenings to unwind with a glass of wine in the indoor/outdoor bathroom. The bedroom is air-conditioned and can open right up to enjoy the beautiful breezes.

Bedrooms 2: is the middle room and part of the main building, this room is similar to bedroom 1 with the bed facing the ocean views and over the infinity pool. The four poster bed exudes luxury and the ensuite bathroom is complete with bathtub and shower for families or couples to unwind with a garden view. The bedroom is fully air-conditioned and closable at night.

Bedroom 3: Is a house favourite known as the joglo, This traditional Javanese building is a stand alone room an arguably gets the best view in the house. The bedroom is a spacious art piece centered with a beautiful bed and surrounded by timeless traditional artifacts and furniture. The Ensuite bathroom is unique to match design and giving a touch of ancient Indonesia. This room has it's own balcony to escape the rest of the house while reading and looking across the vast green beyond to where it connects the ocean blues. The room is fully air-conditioned and can open to make the most of the tropical breezes.

This kitchen area is fully equipped to be able to cook all standard meal and has a closable space with fan and air-conditioning. This space has a dining table and can provide comfort on the hotter days, However we find our guests prefer dining around the pool and prefer to have meals delivered or cooked by request to the chef rather than cook themselves on holiday.

Pool side is the place to be most days, Sunlight throughout the day with the great open space to fully enjoy your sunbathing. As the sun begins to set behind you the colours light up the sky and it's time to break out the cocktails and unwind.
