This is a three bedroom, two level villa located in downtown Seminyak.

This 3 bedroom villa is located down a small paved “gang” off Jalan Raya Seminyak. Which is far enough away from the main roads to be quiet, but close enough to be within walking distance of the shopping and restaurants on Jalan Raya Seminyak, and Jalan Oberoi.

The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, one with full ensuite and a spa bath. The down stairs bedrooms open onto the main living area with satellite TV facilities, kitchen, dining area and living room. Whilst upstairs is an air conditioned king sized private bedroom.

For an easy first day in Bali, we are providing our guests with : first day breakfast, Welcome drink and airport pick-up service upon arrival. The services in the villa ; daily cleaning, housekeeper, gardener, and security, baby cot and baby chair can also being provided without extra charge.

We can assure you this villa would be a perfect Bali getaway retreat.

Guest Access

The guest have access to the whole part of the property.

Interaction with Guests

The staff in the villa ; Housekeeping, Gardener (working daily) and security (working at night) will assure our guest to have a comfortable stay as well as helping doing daily task. One of the management staff will come to the villa to meet and greet the guests upon arrival at the villa or the day after arrival.

The Neighborhood

The villa is located at very strategic point of Seminyak, since the position is in walking distance to the various shops, galleries, minimarkets, restaurants, and even night life. At the other side, the location would assure a quiet moments at the villa.

Getting Around

Due to the location which is in walking distance to Seminyak Street, taxi is available for 24h and can be stopped within Seminyak Street
