This Villa is located only 25 minutes from the airport, located in the center of Bali's shopping, dining and night-life district of Seminyak. When entering the property one feels the warmth, quietness and serenity of Bali.

The property was designed and built by award winning New Zealand architect Ross Franklin and has been featured in the Bali press as a million dollar hideaway. The Villa consists of a main house and entertainment center also housing the Master Bedroom. Several Villas are discretely hidden in the gardens as guest pavilions, each featuring Balinese garden bathrooms and fully air-conditioned.

The main building features an Alang-Alang (Bali grass) roof. The property is surrounded by old stone walls of indeterminate age. There are seven fully trained staff to serve.
