This bewitching  4 bedroom villa is desirably located about 500 metres from the exclusive Kudeta beach club, famed for incredible sunsets and only a short distance from some of Seminyak’s best restaurants and boutiques.

All the action you could desire is on your door step but behind the walls of the villa an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity prevails. Entered though an authentic Balinese door which takes you directly into the delights of your own tropical garden including a stunning pool which stretches almost the length of the property.

The living accommodation is located in a traditional Indonesian Joglo which is open to the elements and designed to make the most of the flourishing sea breezes. Under its incredible, high vaulted ceiling this area is open plan and includes a luxurious seating area with sofas, giant bean bags and a TV. The ultimate in holiday lounging can be achieved here! To one side is a large 8 seater dining table, ideal for a leisurely breakfast while you peruse the plans for the day. At the rear, under the main dome of the building is a fully fitted kitchen separated by a stylish,polished concrete breakfast bar. The entire area is tastefully decorated with hints of cutting edge style blending perfectly with the more traditional aspects of the building.

Two of the bedrooms are situated either side of the living area, these both face the pool and are reached by large patio doors. These are uniquely furnished with dashes of contemporary style, double beds and are fully air-conditioned. Both include attractive ensuite bathrooms with bursts of tropical greenery.

The other two rooms are located in a bungalow at the side of the pool, a few steps away from the main unit. Both are furnished with double beds, air-conditioned and topped by distinctive high thatched roofs creating a dream-like escape before you ever even shut your eyes. For your comfort and privacy they are both kitted out with sophisticated ensuites.

This exclusive villa is staffed by a helpful, full time maid and is protected by night time security. We also provide a mobile phone for any on-island communication needs and WIFI is provided throughout the property.
