This villa is a 4-bedroom luxury villa rental situated in the heart of Seminyak in a small private cul-de-sac and is a one-minute walk from the beach and less than a three-minute walk from Ku De Ta.  Seminyak is a perfect location for both day and night lovers alike, and most tourist activities such as rafting, sailing or scuba diving. The villa is able to accommodate six adults in master suites and four children in the children’s suite; however additional beds are available on request or changed to an eight adults in master suites configuration on request.   The villa itself is set on 1,000.00 square meters of land and includes four living, dining and sleeping pavilions that are centered on a stunning pool. Reflecting its ocean-side location, the villa has quite a nautical feel to it with cobalt blue entrance doors and wooden awning, plus a sail like canopy over the terrace area creating a shady spot to relax when swimming.   Around the pool are several semi open-air living and dining areas with comfortable lounges and several dining spots, including a large family dining table set against comfortable banquette style seating. The modern open plan kitchen and dining areas lend themselves to relaxed al fresco dining experiences. Culinary delights can be served via the Smeg oven and chilled wine is always available from the bank of Boretti refrigerators and coolers.   A circular table with rattan chairs makes for a super spot to soak up the morning sun over breakfast and a large deeply cushioned sofa acts as a wonderfully cozy area in which to while away an hour or two. A stand-alone relaxation pavilion, complete with oversized rattan loungers is the perfect place to enjoy some post dinner relaxation with a glass of wine in hand, or to experience a heavenly foot massage whilst catching up on some holiday reading!   The two-storey sleeping pavilion includes two spacious master suites on the lower level, complete with large en-suite bathrooms. The upper level has been designed with families in mind and is comprised of two spacious bedrooms, each with their own large en-suite bathrooms, divided by a centralized dressing room that is perfect for storing all holiday kaftans and sarongs. Sliding doors enable the whole of the upstairs to open into one large area or alternatively remain closed to retain separate bedrooms and total privacy.
