This villa has been newly renovated and boasts new living area, new kitchen, two beautiful new bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi and outdoor shower. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and artworks, the villa is evokes a refined ambience. Laid out on two storeys. The open-air ground floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen with a four-ring gas hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, a juicer, a hot and cold water dispenser, a refrigerator and plenty of china, glassware and cutlery. Adjoining is a spacious living area with a big screen television and a stereo system making it great for entertaining guests. The dining setting is perfect for four adults but if there are an additional two children, a six seat dining setting is readily available on request .

Grounds & landscaping

Designed to recreate the ambience of a traditional Balinese compound, the villa has a main building and guesthouse situated around a landscaped garden and is an idyllic tropical getaway with fine palimanan stone adding a traditional feel recalling the Bali of old. Lie back on the poolside sun beds or outdoor recliners and feel your cares slip away. The focal point of villa is the swimming pool with shallow step-in and carefully tended gardens, which boasts a colourful array of plants and palms and is tastefully decorated with Balinese statues.

Location

The villa is situated down a quiet gang off Jalan. Kayu Aya (Laksmana, or ‘Eat Street’), called Gang Bugis. A short walk will bring you into the centre of Seminyak, a fashionable area with an abundance of boutique shopping options, as well as numerous restaurants, spas, art galleries boutique shops and nightclubs. The beach is only a 15 minute walk from the villa, which is the perfect place to enjoy a stunning sunset. The villa is an oasis nestled in a quiet lane but conveniently only a stroll to everything you’ll need to make your holiday perfect. There is also private parking available in front of the villa.
