This villa is a compact but luxurious little hideaway nestled in the heart of the happening Oberoi area of Seminyak. This two bedroom villa features a lovely long pool which is overlooked by the villa’s airy outdoor living room and circled by high stone walls for your ultimate privacy. The location is unbeatable. You’ll find yourself within walking distance of several high-end restaurants and hip cafes. Some of Seminyak’s best shopping is on hand and the beaches are also within 10 minutes drive.

Living Area

The living area sprawls out from the kitchen to create a breezy shaded escape from the sun. It’s fan cooled and well laid out for maximum comfort. Neutral greys and white tones are accented by pops of red to create a perfect area for lounging or you can kick back on the retro sixties-style bucket seats and make your way through the DVD library. There’s a flat-screen TV, a CD, DVD and MP3 player but you can also connect your iPod to the speakers and flood the space with the music of your choice.

The kitchen is laid with stylish black slate and stainless steel fittings. It has everything you need to get cooking. There’s a blender if you’d like to pick up some fresh greens at the local market and take on a smoothie diet as part of your Bali holiday. The stove top coffee pot makes a fine brew with local grind but there’s also a coffee machine with a milk steamer if you’re a fan of your morning latte and don’t want to have to leave the comfort of your own home.

Outside Area

The pool is a long rectangular square of refreshing paradise just waiting for you to bound out of bed and jump on in. Wooden decking runs the length of the pool and tropical plants climb up the high stone walls. There are potted palms dotted around the outdoor area and a frangipani tree drips flowers over the small lawn area. If you’re feeling low on Vitamin D then make sure you take advantage of the full-length bean bags. You can kick back in the sun and make yourself completely comfortable with a cold drink and the latest book – or just take a nap after a long shopping trip.

Staff

The staff members at this villa are discreet and ready to serve you without getting in the way of your Bali holiday. Each day when you go out, housekeeping will come to make the beds and clean up. We also send pool and garden maintenance teams out regularly to keep things spic and span. The ultimate goal is for you to be able to relax completely so don’t hesitate to ask us if you need anything at all. The villa manager is your go-to person for tour bookings, transport arrangements and any questions on Bali which Google can’t answer.

Location

The villa is in the Oberoi area which is known as the most up-market zone of Bali’s happening suburb of Seminyak. The villa is down a quiet laneway which means you won’t be bothered by traffic noise but still remain within walking distance of some happening cafes, popular bars, tempting boutique spas and world-class shopping. You are also just ten minutes from the beach so don’t forget to throw a bikini and a sarong into your bag when you head out into the world each morning. In the area, we recommend Sea Circus for coffee and breakfast treats. You’ll love the decor in this hip little eatery and don’t forget to pop into Earth Cafe if you are vegetarian or after some organic produce. There are so many restaurants it’s impossible to name them all but we highly recommend Kiln and also Ku De Ta on Jalan Petitenget.
