This villa is a quaint 3 bedroom holiday villa in a convenient location that offers fantastic value for money for a small family or group of friends looking to save a little on accommodation costs while holidaying in Bali. Located on the border of Seminyak and Kerobokan on the inland side of Sunset Road, the villa provides easy access to Central Seminyak, Legian and Kuta. The villa offers a comfortable level of living with a fully equipped kitchen and fantastic outdoor pool area for plenty of fun in the sun. Seminyak’s famous Eat Street is less than 5 minutes away by scooter or car.

Outdoor & Pool Area As you walk through the antique timber doors of the villa you are greeted by a lovely sun filled garden, a high perimeter wall runs down one side of the crystal clear half moon shaped pool, flanked by tropical flora. A large timber pool deck runs along the front of the villa which also provides a large shaded verandah area where you can enjoy meals or sun bake to your heart’s content on the sun lounges. There’s a manicured lawn area by the pool, where the kids can run around, jumping to the pool again, all day long.

Living Areas The living area provides open-air tropical living, this fan cooled area features a comfortable lounge area where you can enjoy a movie on the flat-screen, maybe watch a DVD or enjoy live sport on the International cable TV. The kitchen has every appliance you need to whip up snacks or create an entire banquet for the whole family. There’s a dining table located on the verandah providing protection from the weather, a great spot to enjoy a wholesome breakfast or lunchtime BBQ feast.

Bedrooms The villa features 3 spacious fully air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, overlooking the tropical garden and crescent shaped pool. The bedrooms are clean and bright with custom built whitewash timber beds and there is plenty of cupboard space for all your belongings. Tasteful black and white prints of Balinese themes adorn the walls and the en-suites feature twin vanities and monsoon showers.

Staff & Services The staff at the villa will greet with that famous Balinese warmth and make sure you are well looked after throughout your stay. Guests will receive a complimentary breakfast on day one however a chef can be requested at any time for an extra charge. The villa will be cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff and night time security staff will make sure you sleep at ease. Airport transfers, day trips, scooter hire, baby sitters and massage and spa treatments can all be arranged for you by the staff.

Around Villa The villa is located just off Sunset Road where guests can easily walk to Sunset Point Shopping Centre where you will find ATM’s, a complete supermarket with imported goods, wine and spirits, Burger King, Pizza Hut and a pharmacy. Central Seminyak, ‘Eat Street’ where you find all the amazing restaurants and boutiques is a mere 5 min drive away by car or scooter and Seminyak Beach less than 10 minutes. With easy access onto Sunset Road heading south, Legian and Kuta are also just a short drive away.
