The Neighborhood

This villa location is full immersed in the nature, is an hill just 800 mt. from the cliff line of the ocean, is a very quiet area but is really close to padang padang and bingin area were there are: ATMs, 24 hours smartshop, many nice restaurants and warung ( indonesian typical restaurants) were you can easily choose between local or international food.

•-SULUBAN, PADANG PADANG, LABUAN SAIT, IMPOSSIBLE, BINGIN : ours 5 favorite beaches, for the surfer just a paradise !!! Nowhere else in the world you can have such a quality and consistency waves!!! 360 day a year of swell with off-shore wind for 280 day a year !!! for the beach lovers just the more beautiful beaches in bali.... all of this just minutes  from our location

•-ULUWATU TEMPLE one of the four more important temple in bali, the location on the cliff, facing the sunset, and the amazing fire dance in the late afternoon ( around 18.00 ) make this place a must to be visited at sunset time

•-NIANG NIANG, GREEN BALL ( BALI CLIFF ), BALANGAN are other very nice places and beaches that you can explore starting from our property with a motorbike a taxi a car or with a private driver

•-WARUNG SALIN : located in the cliff in front of the best bali surf break, Uluwatu Suluban ( also know as blue point beach ), WARUNG SALIN is the favorite from the surfer of the area. you can enjoy the amazing view and the local or international food ( ours favorite is tempe burgher and chap chai ala salin ), is located at the middle way from the parking to the beach, and from there you can easily access to the cave that bring you to the beach

•– EL KABRON spanish restaurant: perfect for sunset drink and spanish food, the top cliff location and the perfect service make this place one of the favorite from the international jet-set coming in bali

•-SINGLE FIN BALI is actually a bar and restaurant that became a nightclub late in the night, always live music and special event on Sunday night wen all bali came for partying until late, the location is amazing, cold beer and burghers a must !

•–FINN'S BEACH CLUB... were before you can access only by lift now the banjar Ungasan make an easy road access from the cliff to the very long and beautiful MELASTI BEACH so you have just to follow for ungasan and after for Banyan Tree hotel to easily found the access road of this beach... just walk until the end to found your place at this very trendy beach club with very pleasures DJ set at sunset...

•–KARMA KANDARAas for FINN'S CLUB the access can now be from MELASTI BEACH ( just walk until the end )... but if you want to access by elevator just follow for KARMA KANDARA HOTEL, book your place at the beach club, and you ll have a free elevator access to the beach

•- PANDAWA BEACH before was a secret for surfers...now, like melasti beach, the local community make an easy access road that make this place less magic but still beautiful, especially if you walk left side in the more wild area

•-CACHO'S MEXICAN the first surfer international restaurant in the area is still the best for mexican food, his owner cacho is just a surf legend, and the places is full of amazing pictures and gadgets of the surf area history, we love cacho's nachos... soo testy !!!

•-ULU'S THAI FOOD before located were now there is Buddha soul the restaurant now move a little nord but still on the jl. labuan sait, nice thai food and atmosphere...

•-BUDDHA SOUL organic vegetarian restaurant, approved for gluten free and vegan menu, friendly efficient staff, for breakfast smoothie bowls are a must

•-NEW KUTA GOLF just few minute from our property at the new developed area of dreamland, the golf course is one of the most beautiful in Bali for the amazing location on the cliff and the great layout

•-BALI NATIONAL GOLF CLUB Nusa Dua... This is actually an old course, but recently got an amazing upgrade and it is always in perfect condition...
